Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 18, 2026

At ServiceMedia Creatives, we respect your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website and services.

By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Note: We do NOT collect phone numbers, physical addresses, payment information, or any other personal data beyond what's listed above.

Information Collected Automatically

We collect minimal technical information:

  • LocalStorage: Form submission timestamps to prevent spam (rate limiting - stores when you submitted forms in the last hour)

We do NOT:

  • Use Google Analytics or any analytics services
  • Collect IP addresses
  • Track your browsing behavior

  • Improve our website and user experience
  • Provide customer support
  • Prevent fraud and maintain security
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your form data is shared only with:

  • EmailJS: Third-party service that processes and sends your form submissions as emails to our team. They act as a data processor and do not use your data for their own purposes.
  • Cloudflare: Our hosting and security provider. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies you're not a bot (similar to CAPTCHA).
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or court orders

Your email and form data are sent directly to our email addresses through EmailJS and are not stored in any database.

4. Data Security

We protect your information using:

  • SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS)

  • Regular security updates

Note: While we use industry-standard security measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. Please use caution when sharing sensitive information online.

Email Submissions: Form submissions are sent directly to our email inbox and remain there according to standard email retention. We do not store form data in a separate database.

Rate Limiting Data: Submission timestamps in localStorage are automatically cleared after 1 hour.

Cookies: We only use essential Next.js session cookies required for the website to function. We do NOT use:

  • Analytics cookies
  • Marketing or advertising cookies
  • Third-party tracking cookies
  • Social media tracking pixels
